Each employee’s hiring, salary, benefits, promotion, demotion, discharge and retirement are based solely on the individual’s qualifications and performance. Concerns, complaints or personal opinions are welcome to be submitted to the management team and are responded to in due time. Health and Safety Management
To improve the working environment and to reduce occupational accidents, Sakthi Paper Mart adheres to international standards of occupational health and safety as well as environmental management. All new employees are given general safety and health training before beginning their jobs and must also receive specific safety and health training prior to using particular types of machines or equipment or performing certain tasks.
